Returns & Refunds
We hope you and your dog love your Barked About bed. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Change of mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you would like to return it.
To start a return, please contact us at Info@barkedabout.co.uk for our returns address. Once you have told us that you would like to return your item and received our address, it must be sent back to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your bed or cover must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Clean and free from pet hair, marks or odours
- Returned with its original packaging
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Barked About cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.
Damages and issues
We take great care in making and checking every Barked About bed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at Info@barkedabout.co.uk as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with your bed or cover.
Please include photographs of the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it and will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To be eligible for a return, beds and covers must be unused, clean and free from pet hair, marks or odours.
This policy also applies to covers purchased separately.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size or cover, please contact us at Info@barkedabout.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.
Depending on the availability and price of the replacement item, there may be an additional payment or refund due.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the price you paid for the item within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
